Diamond Sky Rent A Car L.L.C ("Diamond Sky", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "PDPL"). It applies to this website and to the rental relationship you enter into with us when you book or collect a vehicle.

We collect different data depending on how you interact with us:

• This website: we do not run any contact or booking forms, so we do not collect personal data directly through the site itself.
• WhatsApp, phone, or email enquiries: the name, phone number, and any other details you choose to share with us when you reach out to book a vehicle.
• In-person, at vehicle pickup: your driving license, passport or Emirates ID copy, and security deposit or payment details, as required to complete the rental agreement.

We use your data to verify your identity and driving eligibility, prepare and administer your rental agreement, process payments and security deposits, provide roadside assistance and support during your rental, and comply with our legal obligations to UAE authorities (including the Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism and, where required, the RTA and police in the event of an accident or traffic violation).

We process your data because it is necessary to perform the rental contract with you, because it is required to comply with UAE law and licensing obligations, or because you have given us your consent (for example, by sending us your details over WhatsApp).

We share data only where necessary: with our insurance providers to arrange coverage for your rental, with the Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism, RTA, and police where legally required (for example, filing an accident report), and with payment processors where relevant to your booking. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We retain rental agreement and identification records for as long as required by UAE commercial and tax law, and no longer than necessary for the purposes described in this policy. WhatsApp and phone enquiry details that do not result in a booking are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond to your enquiry.

Under the PDPL, you have the right to:

• request access to the personal data we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• request erasure of your data, subject to our legal retention obligations;
• object to certain processing of your data; and
• lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office if you believe your rights have been infringed.
